Starting her career as a Home Shopping Network host, Phylecia compels one’s attention whether she is coaching in the boardroom or facilitating in the training room.

Drawing from 20 years’ experience as an Entrepreneurial Professional Development Consultant coupled with over 2,000 hours of one-on-one direct coaching Phylecia spurs on leadership performance.

She demonstrates superlative subject mastery in sales performance, customer service and leadership development. Global Fortune 500 companies such as such as Southwest Airlines, Goldman Sachs, CITI, Swiss Re, Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) and Fujitsu Network Communications have sought Phylecia for her expertise.  


She is a positive change catalyst and natural storyteller efficiently communicating with all organization levels relating humorous and compelling life experiences with relevant content to achieve her client’s desired results.  

Enhancing Phylecia’s inspirational and earnest approach to change leadership is her personal odyssey defeating breast cancer and her volunteer work as a pet therapy handler in hospice organizations with her rescued Labrador-mix, Gary. She also helps those with special needs enhance their lives as an equine therapy volunteer.

Phylecia is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Dallas, Texas.

Her coaching work is primarily conducted with senior- and executive-level leaders on a wide range of leadership, interpersonal and communication topics including: executive presence, inspirational communication, public speaking, coaching and developing others, and learning how to authentically adjust their working and communication style to be effective in new and more complex roles.
